1. Introduction

These Terms of Service for Partners ("Partner Terms") govern the relationship between v0uch.me ("we," "us," or "our") and any business, organization, or individual ("Partner," "you," or "your") that integrates with v0uch.me's age verification services through our API and OAuth 2.0 platform.

By registering as a partner and accessing our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Partner Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental agreements executed between the parties.

2. Partner Eligibility and Registration

To register as a partner, you must:

• Be a legally registered business entity or authorized representative thereof;
• Provide accurate registration information, including valid redirect URIs and contact details;
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding age-restricted content in your jurisdiction;
• Maintain valid client credentials and certificates as required for mTLS communication.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke partner registrations at our discretion.

3. API Usage and Rate Limits

Partners are granted access to v0uch.me's OAuth 2.0 endpoints for the purpose of verifying user age. API usage is subject to the following conditions:

• Rate limits apply to all endpoints and are communicated during onboarding;
• Partners must not attempt to circumvent rate limits through any technical means;
• API access is provided for age verification purposes only and must not be used for any unrelated data collection or processing;
• Partners must handle API errors gracefully and must not retry failed requests in a manner that constitutes abuse.

We may adjust rate limits and usage policies with reasonable notice to partners.

4. Data Handling Obligations

Partners receive only boolean age verification claims (e.g., "user is 18+" or "user is 21+") and pairwise subject identifiers. Partners agree to the following:

• Partners must not attempt to deanonymize, re-identify, or correlate users across partner sites using the information provided;
• Age verification claims must not be shared with third parties without explicit user consent;
• Partners must delete or discard verification data when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained;
• Partners must promptly honor user consent revocations delivered via webhooks.

Violation of these data handling obligations may result in immediate termination of partner access.

5. Prohibited Uses

Partners must not use v0uch.me's services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Building user profiles or tracking user behavior across websites;
• Selling, licensing, or otherwise distributing age verification data;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of v0uch.me's services;
• Accessing or attempting to access data belonging to other partners or users.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to v0uch.me's services, APIs, documentation, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of v0uch.me. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the APIs solely for the purpose of integrating age verification into their services.

Partners may not use v0uch.me's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent, except as required for accurate attribution in user-facing integration flows.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the partner relationship at any time with written notice. v0uch.me may immediately suspend or terminate partner access if:

• The partner violates these Partner Terms or any applicable law;
• The partner's actions pose a security risk to v0uch.me or its users;
• The partner fails to maintain required security certificates or credentials.

Upon termination, the partner must cease all use of v0uch.me's APIs and delete any cached verification data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, v0uch.me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the partner's use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions or downtime;
• Errors in age verification results;
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities;
• Third-party claims arising from the partner's use of the services.

9. Governing Law

These Partner Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Partner Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Texas.
